My time is pretty limited. How long will this take me?
When you join HCA, you’ll get 180 days (6 months) of direct and indirect support, including live coaching calls & support community, and hand-picked bonuses: like an entire lesson on time management & productivity techniques so you can successfully embed more time freedom into your daily schedule.
You’ll also receive lifetime access to the online course modules, so you can learn and implement the lessons at your own pace. With that being said, the students who do best inside HCA are the ones who regularly use our resources and show up to the calls and in the community motivated and ready to work.
We recommend you commit 5-10 hours per week to build this business model. Remember, you are building an ENTIRE business from the ground up in 6-months (this process took me 3 years just to build). Have less time to commit? No problem, we can help you maximize the time you have.
I’ve already worked with a business mentor or coach. How is this any different?
While I firmly believe that business coaches are beneficial, they don’t always give you the industry-specific knowledge you need. In my own experience, I’ve found that a lot of the advice general business coaches give doesn’t always relate to the specific challenges health coaches and practitioners face every day.
For example: if you’re curious about adding lab tests into your group coaching program, or how to market to those with complex health problems and how to approach those conversations in a group setting, a generic business coach probably won’t know how to answer your questions – I do.
Additionally, we provide the most amount of support possible within a group container and for the price point. We have heard over and over again that the support students receive inside HCA is superior to anything else they have experienced in other coaching programs.
How do I know I’m a good fit?

a) some sort of online coach or practitioner (Functional MD, NTP, IIN Coach, Functional health practitioner, nutritional therapist, Chinese Medicine Doctor, Therapist, Counsellor, Chiropractor, Physical Therapist, Nurse practitioner, life coach, personal development coach, mindset coach, career coach, spiritual coach, etc.)

When are the live calls?
Live Group Coaching Calls happen four times a month:
Every 1st, 2nd and 3rd Tuesday of the month, rotating between 9am PST and 12pm PST – two call a month are with me, and the other with HCA Coach, Sarah
The 4th Wednesday of the month @ 1:30 pm PST, is the Mindset Call with Chanee
The 2nd and 4th Monday of the @ 11am PST are the co-working called with HCA Coach, Sarah
Our student networking call changes day and time every month, so we can best accommodate different time zones
All calls are recorded for you to watch later. You'll have access to the HCA private podcast feed so you can listen to recordings while you clean your house, pick up the kids or on your daily walk. If you can't make the call, you can submit your questions or homework in advance. I answer EVERY single question!
Can I cancel and get a refund if I decide it's not for me?
We have served hundreds of coaches & practitioner and we are confident that this program works. So! If you can show us you’ve put in the work, you’re backed by a 90-day superb-coach guarantee – if at the end of 6 months of support, but you’re still not happy with where you’re at, we will coach you for free for another 90 days to help you get on track.
Disclaimer: You must reach out to us within 160-180 days after purchase, and prove that you’ve made an honest effort. This means you’ve attended (or replayed) at least one coaching call per month, watched at least 50% of the online course, and actively engaged in the Facebook community group, posting at least 3x a month asking for feedback or review. Like I said many words ago: if you are committed to doing the work, we will return your energy and enthusiasm tenfold.
What if I'm brand new and just getting started? Can I sign up?
Yep—HCA is 100% beginner-friendly.
If you're at the start of your business journey, this is actually the perfect time to build the foundation right—before you waste time duct-taping your way through trial and error.
Will it take a bit longer if you don’t have an audience or income yet? Yes. But that's normal. Anyone promising overnight success is selling snake oil.

What if I run labs with my clients, can I still have a signature program?
Yes! I used to incorporate lab tests into my one-t-one AND group programs when I worked as a Functional Health Coach, so I know it works. Inside HCA, you also have access to other coaches and health experts in my team who can advise you on how to best implement lab tests into your own signature offer based on your specific needs.
What if I don't want to fully give up 1:1 sessions?
Then don’t.
A signature program isn’t just a group program—it can absolutely be delivered 1:1, especially if you're newer and want to build confidence, refine your process, or meet licensing requirements.
HCA shows you how to create a flexible, high-impact program that can be run 1:1, as a group, or as a hybrid model—whatever fits your goals and lifestyle.

Do I need to invest in a specific tech platform to enroll?
No! You can implement the framework and strategies I teach with whatever tech platform you’re already using. If you don’t have a specific tech tool (or you’ve been wanting to switch) I do provide recommendations based on what I personally use and love. But at the end of the day, the choice is yours!
Do I have to build all the tech myself?
No. If you want to outsource the tech (or design!) you can! HCA includes contractor recommendations and job posting templates, so you can easily find competent freelancers to do the work for you. Whether you’re tech-savvy or tech-challenged, the only question that truly matters to me is: “Are you taking the action?” – If not, that’s when my team & I step in to help you go, go, go!
